Das Arbeiten war sehr entspannt. Die Bewohner dort sind durchweg unkompliziert. Das Essen wird selbst gekocht und schmeckt hervorragend. Auch über das Essen gab es seitens der Bewohner niemals negative Kritik- im Gegenteil. Die Kollegen waren nicht frustriert, wie das in anderen Heimen der Fall ist. Es war alles super organisiert, jeder half jedem und man hat sich trotzdem nicht kaputt gemacht. Für meine Rezension erhalte ich kein Geld oder andere Zuwendungen. Ich habe dort so wahnsinnig gern gearbeitet, dass ich jeder Pflege(fach)kraft diese Stelle empfehlen kann. Der Grund dass ich dort nicht mehr arbeiten kann ist privater Natur- leider. Die AWO in Seelow ist für Bewohner und für Mitarbeiter ein superschönes Haus.
